Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

Shipping Costs & Methods
All orders are shipped via tracked courier service (UPS).
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on item size, weight, and delivery address.
From time to time, we may offer free UK shipping over a minimum order value—details will appear at checkout when available.
Processing & Delivery Times
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days.
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3 business days.
You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your parcel is on its way.
Sustainable Packaging
We pack each order carefully, especially vintage and fragile items.
Where possible, we use recycled or recyclable materials.
Local Pickup (Walthamstow Studio)
If you’re local, we offer free Click & Collect from our East London studio.
Select “Local Pickup” at checkout and we’ll contact you to arrange a time.
Returns Policy
Returns Eligibility
We accept returns on non-sale items purchased through our online shop, provided that:
You contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Items are returned in their original condition and packaging within 14 days.
To initiate a return, email info@mesamiselle.com with your order number.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of vintage and one-off pieces, some items may be marked as final sale and cannot be returned. This will be clearly noted on the product page.
We do not accept returns on:
Used or damaged items
Custom or made-to-order pieces
Sale items
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or in error.
We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not liable for lost return parcels.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you and process a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
